- Only one account is allowed per player. Alternate or shared accounts are forbidden and will lead to punishment.
- Do not leave tests mid round unless necessary. If disconnected, rejoin as soon as possible. Exiting for 15+ minutes without notice results in an automatic forfeit, unless one player has already warned of a possible leave (which covers both players).
- Both players must confirm readiness before the fight begins. Readiness is automatically assumed once damage is exchanged, when an item from the kit is used, or when a player clearly moves toward their opponent.
- Do not hit opponents who are clearly lagging, AFK, or frozen before combat has officially begun.
- Do not spam or interfere with players during testing.
- Do not use teleports (e.g. /tpa, /rtp) without mutual consent. Wait at least 3 seconds after teleporting before attacking.
- No use of spectators or teammates to call out armor durability, location, or similar.
- The majority of the remaining regulations are outlined in the SS Code. Any failure to familiarize yourself with them is your responsibility, not ours.
- Excessive running and buff draining in ranked tier tests is strictly prohibited and doing that will result in a round to the opponent.
- Excessive toxicity in a ranked tier test is not allowed and may result in the closure of your ticket (with a cooldown). Examples of toxicity include racism, r jokes, homophobia, transphobia, and similar behavior.

T2+ Tests - Biome Striking
In order to decide what terrain the next match will be played on, players will eliminate options until one remains. This will allow for more interesting match sets by adding more diversity to the environment.
Biome striking is not mandatory if players agree upon a specific place to fight (or if they have no other option).
There are five available biomes to choose from:
Snow, Plains, Desert, Badlands, Mushroom
Player 1 will strike one of these biomes, then Player 2 will strike two, leaving Player 1 to choose between the remaining two options. The player who gets the first strike will rotate after each match. By default, the player tier testing is given the match 1 first strike. If both players are tier testing, they will play rock paper scissors (https://www.rpsgame.org/) to determine who strikes first in match 1.
An example of biome striking is attached below using colors to demonstrate each player's strike selections.

- If your strike score drops below 0, you will be demoted. HT1 Players will always have a strike score of "0", meaning only one player can hold the rank simultaneously.
HT3 Demotions:
- When testing, 2 consecutive losses to a player in the same Tier will result in a demotion.
- Beating your first opponent removes any chance of demotion.
- If a testing player loses to their first opponent 12-20 or greater, another will be assigned. In order to not be demoted, the testing player must score 16-20 or greater on their second opponent.
- Losing 16-20 will not result in fighting a 2nd player and your test will be closed without demotion.
Any forfeit will result in instant demotion.

T2+ Retirement & Peak Tiers
Players T2 or higher will have to defend their rank before their Peak Tier is applied to them.
Inactive players who choose to retire will be retired at their peak Tier on their profile. Peak Tiers are a good way for players to retain their points after earning a rank. Players without a peak tier will typically be prioritized in match assignment.
LT2/HT2 Peak Tier Requirements:
- 2 Rank Defenses and 30+ Days of holding the rank
- Rank "Holding" is considered paused when unable to fight in assigned tests.
LT1/HT1 Peak Tier Requirements:
- 2 Rank Defenses OR 75+ Days of holding the rank
- Rank "Holding" is considered paused when unable to fight in assigned tests.
Retirement Requirements:
- 35 Days of inactivity from YOUR last tier test.
Evaluation Tests (For Unranked to LT3 Players):
- Your tester won't only base your tier off of the score, they will take into account how well you played. Initial evaluation tests are FT7. HT3 evaluation tests are FT10.
- The regions we offer are NA, SA, EU, and AS. If you are not from these regions, pick the one that is closest to you. Please tell your tester if you are not from the stated regions.
- Make sure you are always at your computer when you are in the queue. If it is your turn and you do not respond within 5 minutes, you will be skipped and will have to join the queue again.
- The maximum tier you can receive from an initial evaluation test is LT3.
- If you are assigned a LT3 tester, you must beat them with a score of at least 7-5 in order to move on to the HT3 eval.
- If you are assigned a HT3 tester, you must earn a score of at least 5-7 in order to move on to the HT3 eval.
T2+ Tests (High Tier Tests):
- A user must already be HT3 to test for LT2.
- The tier list is required to assign 3 people from the testing user’s own region and one cross-region fight with an opponent from an adjacent region in the tier the user is testing for.
- T2+ tests close after one week of inactivity.
- Users may retest every 45 days.
- The minimum score is 7-10 or a score ratio of 0.7 for each user.
- The user must have a winning total score or maximum 2 points less than their opponents'. For instance a 27-29 total score would be a pass, but 26-29 would not.
HT3 → LT2:
- The user testing must beat 2 HT3s from their own region in a FT10 then fight 1 LT2 from their own region in a FT15, if they go 12-15 or better they shall move onto their second fight where they will either do 2 FT10s in a Cross Region Fight, or do a FT15 in a server where they get Equal MS.
- If a HT3 is testing for LT2, they will be demoted to LT3 if they lose 6-10 or worse.
LT2 → HT2:
- The user testing must beat 2 LT2s and have the minimum total score against 2 HT2s to pass.
HT2 → LT1:
- The user testing for LT1 will be required to beat every current HT2. The user must fight at least 4 HT2s. Upon beating all HT2s, the user will fight all current LT1s in a first to 20 duel. These fights must be spectated by tier list staff. If the score ratio of fights with the LT1s is 0.8 or above, the user will be ranked LT1.
LT1 → HT1:
- The user testing for HT1 will be required to beat every current LT1 in a first to 20 duel. After this, the user must beat the current HT1 in a first to 20 duel. All fights must be spectated by a tier list manager as well as be recorded either by tier list staff or someone participating in the duel. Immediately following the fight with the HT1, the user will be screen-shared by a network screen-sharer no matter if they win or lose the duel. Upon beating the HT1 and passing the screen-share, the user will be placed at HT1.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demotions:
LT2 - HT1:
- Players may be demoted for refusing to tier test. For cases where a player is physically able to accept a test and chooses not to.
- Players may be demoted for being involved in Tier List Cheating such as alting or hacking. If there is even a slim chance that they obtained their tier illegitimately or assisted someone else, they will be demoted.
- If you hold 3 strikes at once you will be demoted following the system below.
Warns will be given if:
- Losing significantly (0.3 or worse score ratio) to someone in the same tier | +2 Strikes
- Losing to someone (0.7 or worse score ratio) 1 tier below | +1.5 Strikes
- Losing with a score ratio of 0.7 or worse to someone in the same tier | +1 Strike
- Dodging a fight without valid reason and communication | +1 Strike
- Going Equal (0.8 or better score ratio) with someone a tier below | +1 Strike
Warns will be removed if:
- Successfully defending your tier (1.6 or better score ratio) | -1 Strike
Retirement:
- In order to retire, users must have acquired the peak tier for their tier. If a user has achieved 3 rank defenses they are guaranteed to have peak tier, however they must still meet the days held requirement according to their tier.
LT2: 3 Rank Defenses AND 45+ Days of holding the rank
HT2: 0 Rank Defenses = 90 Days of holding the rank 1 Rank Defenses = 75 Days of holding the rank 2 Rank Defenses = 60 Days of holding the rank 3+ Rank Defenses = 45 Days of holding the rank
LT1: 0 Rank Defenses = 90 Days of holding the rank 1 Rank Defenses = 75 Days of holding the rank 2+ Rank Defenses = 60 Days of holding the rank
HT1: 0 Rank Defenses = 90 Days of holding the rank 1 Rank Defenses = 75 Days of holding the rank 2+ Rank Defenses = 60 Days of holding the rank
- When requesting retirement, the user must complete all tickets assigned to them for two weeks following the date of the retirement request in order to make up for their absence.
- Users who have had T2+ for more than three months may be retired immediately upon request given that they have completed their ticket assignments consistently during their time as T2+ and that they complete all open tickets assigned before the date of the retirement request.
- Users who retired at LT2+ may unretire following the bridge testing process. Upon requesting unretirement, the user will be assigned 1 HT3, 2 LT2s, and 2 HT2s in that order. The user must beat both opponents in each tier before moving on to the next. If the user defeats both HT2 opponents, they will then continue to test for LT1 following the normal guidelines.
